These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any , by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

1. RESERVATION GUARANTEE

Individual Reservation :

Any Written confirmation is Guaranteed untill 11:59 PM ( Late Check In is subject to Prior Approval)  by one of the three following:

- Guarantee by a Valid Credit Card

In case of credit card, the credit card name, the bearer's name, the credit card number as well as the expiry date are required.The Hotel Reserves the right to Pre Authorize the Credit card and in case of decline the Room is Cancelled for your entire stay.

Please note that we don't accept the third party Credit Card who is not available at check in with their Photo  ID issued by Govt. .

- A company

In case of a company guarantee, a credit application form has to be duly completed and signed. This form can be obtained at the hotel upon request.

- A deposit

In case of a deposit, 100% of the amount of Your Stay has to be paid before 21 days of your arrival date.

Please note that Without one of the above three conditions, the room reservation will not be guaranteed.

Group Reservation :

Any Reservation for 4 or more Rooms will be considered as a Group Reservation and cannot be Guaranteed by Credit card.

We required 25% Deposit to confirm the Reservation.

Balance 75% is required before 21 days of arrival date.

Group Cancellation : Free cancellation before 21 days of arrival date. Within 21 days if there is any cancellation there will not be any refund.

2. CANCELLATION OF INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION

Any cancellation that is not communicated in writing before 11:59 PM before 2 days of arrival date will not be taken into account (For instance Your arrival date is 20th, So You can cancel your Reservation untill 11:59 PM on 17th without Penalty if You have booked Directly with us) . In this case, 100% of the amount of the first room night plus applicable taxes will be charged. In case there is more than one Room Booked it will be charged for each room Booked.

During Your Stay if you want to cancel your other nights please let us know previous night and we will gladly refund your balance. But where Your stay is required Minimum Nights in that case you can cancel  your remainder stay without any refund.

If you have booked your stay with our booking Partners like Booking.com , Expedia or any other agency You need to call them for cancellation or we may ask you to call them.

3. PAYMENT

At Check In we accept following mode of Payment

·         Credit cards ( Visa , Master , Discover)

·         Cash Payments

·         No Personal Checks

4. EXTRA CHARGES :

In the following conditions it may apply additional charges at Check In (No Surprise)

·         If the Room Preference is changed (like from Single Room to King or 2 Queens)

·         If the Floor preference is changed ( like from second floor to first floor)

·         If there is more occupant then mentioned in the Reservation (Additional $10 will be Charged Per Person Per Night above 6 Years) . The Rate is Based on Double Occupancy so make sure you enter Right no of occupants while making the Reservation.

·         If you change the Arrival Date the Prices will be changed

 

5. GENERAL :

·         All the Rooms and Hallways are non-smoking and there is  penalty of US$ 75 and we reserve the right to check out the Guest without any Refund

·         No pets are allowed.

·         State and Local tax is applicable and it may change from the Reservation date to the Check In date.

7. AT CHECK IN :

Must requirement :

·         Check In age is 21 Years

·         A valid Photo ID is Required

·         A valid Credit card is Required
